ARRIVALS : from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. in no case the property agent will be held responsible for arrivals usual time time without the clients having given prior notice. No hotel costs or claims of any kind will be admitted. Every arrival after 8 P.M.: 20€ extra to pay on the spot. Keys will be given after the deposit.
DEPARTURES : from 8 A.M. to 11 A.M. with an appointment for the checkout of the apartment. The day of the departure, we ask you to come down from your apartment with your sheets and towels in two separated bags to the reception.
DEPOSIT: The deposit payable IN CASH is 150€
per studio and stay, which can be recovered upon departure and after the studio has been checked. Clients have a period of 48 hours from entering the studio to advice of any damage or deficiency with respect to the inventory.
CANCELATION CHARGES:
- More than 30 days: 50€ management charge
- Between 15 and 30 days: 50% of the invoiced amount
- Between 8 and 15 days: 75% of the invoiced amount
- Less than 8 days: 100% of the invoiced amount
